Each office contains a complete exercise area outfitted with free weights, Nautilus exercise machines, treadmills, stationary bicycles, Stairmasters, and a variety of other exercise equipment. Physical Therapy Plus also has hydrotherapy and other modalities to assist recovery when needed. Our therapists are trained in core stability exercise techniques, golf injury prevention, balance improvement exercises, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, muscle energy techniques, function specific exercising and ergonomic principles. Certified & Experienced in Athletic Training

Physical Therapy Plus employs two National Athletic Trainer Association Certified Athletic Trainers. Each has over 15 years of experience in the field of athletic training. Both have worked with athlete in high school and Division One college level. Currently our Canastota office provides athletic training services for the Canastota School District. This partnership allows Canastota student athletes to access experienced sports medicine care within their own community. This is just one more service that separates Physical Therapy Plus from other physical therapy providers. Other facilities may say they specialize in sports medicine, but Physical Therapy Plus has the experience and knowledge to get you back in the game.
